International customers may experience longer delivery times due to custom inspection and/or delays beyond our control. Tracking info and insurance against loss or damage is provided with Priority Mail International and Express Mail International service. Returns and Exchange Policy - Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product which you are not satisfied with you may return the product to mars480.com within 10 days from the date you received it provided the product has been unused, is in its original packaging, and is otherwise in totally resalable condition. A return authorization number and a copy of your sales receipt must accompany all returns. Shipping charge(s) are not refunded, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

The opening of bags and/or mounting of motors, accessories and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise, which we are unable to process for a return.

If you receive a defective product, please contact us so we can authorize the return. All defective merchandise must be returned for warranty replacement.
